VIP AND EXTREME TOURS DE PANAMA S.A. with commercial name MONKEY ADVENTURES, is a tourism agency that offers tourist tours from Panama City to different provinces in the Republic of Panama, such as Coclé, Colón, Los Santos, Chiriquí, Bocas del Toro and the Guna Yala region. Most of our tours have a duration of 1 day only. The customer, when buying through our platform, is guaranteeing his space to be offered the service according to the date he has purchased.

3. Buy
To make a purchase of any of our services in the virtual store http://www.monkeyadventures.com.pa, you must fill out the order form, this must provide a valid email address and other registration data. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or if VIP AND EXTREME TOURS DE PANAMA S.A. has reason to doubt that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, you can be denied of the future use of the service or any part of it.. People under age (according to the regulations of the territory of hiring) are prohibited from using the virtual purchases in our website. When making payment on the Site, you will be prompted to provide detailed, complete and current information of a valid and current credit. Once contracted the Service and recorded the information, you authorize VIP AND EXTREME TOURS DE PANAMA S.A. to debit your credit card for the value of services purchased. In case VIP AND EXTREME TOURS DE PANAMA S.A. don´t receive the corresponding payment by the bank that issued your credit card or your credit card expires or it is rejected, you agree to pay all amounts due. VIP AND EXTREME TOURS DE PANAMA S.A. reserves the right to take all necessary steps to collect amounts owed by you measures, including legal action and / or use of collection agencies. You are solely responsible for all expenses charged by the bank or financial institution including but not limited to, overdraft, insufficient funds, any problem with the charges to your card or discrepancies that may appear on your statement. VIP AND EXTREME TOURS DE PANAMA S.A. reserves the right to change the price, content or nature of the services at any time.

5. Start and Termination of Service
The service of VIP AND EXTREME TOURS DE PANAMA S.A. will be done considering the indications that were placed at the time of purchase. The type of service and date will be considered as well. VIP AND EXTREME TOURS OF PANAMA S.A. has the right to cancel the service at any time.

7. Refunds
The amount paid for our services can be reimbursed only if the corresponding request is made 24 hours before the trip. The requested services may be transferable to a third person, only if the VIP AND EXTREME TOURS DE PANAMA S.A. agency is notified.

8. Insurance and Disclaimer
With appreciation of the dangers and risks associated with outdoor activities including preparations and transportation the client fully and completely releases and waives all claims for personal injury, death, or loss that may arise against VIP and Extreme Tours de Panama SA and all employees or related parties.
There is a proper insurance for extreme activities such as surf, zipline and horseback riding which is covered by the corresponding activity provider. Other activities will by cover by the general insurance policy limited to primary attention.

9. Law and Jurisdiction
The present ¨Terms and Conditions” will be governed, interpreted and executed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Panama.
